I'm trying to complete the Help a Guest Out of a Soggy Situation hands on challenge. I'm to click on the Agentforce icon (see image below). However, my Coral Springs app does not have one (see attached). How do I enable it?

I have had this same issue, all I needed to do was close the org, start it again from the Trailhead page, it took me to the Setup and from the App drawer I opened the Coral Springs Resorts app again. After a few seconds it showed up. No idea what changed but I did not modify anything in the org, seems to be a bug of sorts.
