I am trying to complete the Understand Queue-Based Routing trailhead, but the Service Setup Assistant
gear is no longer available and it's not listed after searching in the Quick Find box. I see that this task can be completed using the new Salesforce GO, but that part is locked in the playground. Is there another way to complete the trailhead?

I am experiencing the same blocker. I navigated to Salesforce Go and there is no way to move forward and complete the challenge.
