Whenever I try to login to trailhead account or register for a course on trailhead academy using company domain I am getting ‘ Oops off the trail ‘ error.
I have tried clearing the cache and trying two different browsers .

Hi @Anupritha Subhash - This is usually not a browser issue. When this happens with a company email, it’s often because the email domain is restricted or not properly allowed for Trailhead and Trailhead Academy logins. Even if you clear cache or switch browsers, the error still shows up. This needs to be checked on Salesforce’s side, usually by Trailhead support, to fix the account or domain configuration.
