Hiding a vis but allowing data to be downloaded

Hi,

I want to confirm that if I make a vis hidden on TP but still allow the data to be downloaded, that means that only people with the link can download data. In other words the hidden piece doesn't affect if data can be downloaded or not. That's a different toggle setting.

I realize the link can be shared which gives anyone with access to the link the ability to get the data -- that is a different issue we'll need to address.
