I am logged in as server admin, but I am not able to download the tableau data source. What could be the reason for this?
I have top most rights. So, I do not expect this to be an issue. When I click download on the tableau data source, there is no change in the screen.

Can someone else download the same datasource? If they can and you cannot, you may want to compare the permissions between both of you. If they too can't, check if the admins can do it on their machines, as well as on the server directly. If everyone else can download, then you may want to get your system privileges checked and/or take help of both the Tableau Server Admin as well as your system support team.
