Currently, we need to assign manually. For example, currently we assign person A as creator by giving him the key license, and at the same time, we need to assign person A as creator in Tableau.

To automatically sync users between Tableau Server and Tableau Customer Portal, you can use the SAML authentication method. SAML is a standard for exchanging authentication and authorization data between parties, in particular, between an identity provider (such as Tableau Server) and a service provider (such as Tableau Customer Portal).
