I get the following pop-up/error message when I try to open one of my workbooks. Any advice on how to work around this would be greatly appreciated.

While you cannot save a twbx with Tableau Public, you can open a twbx. Go to File - Open and select the twbx file. However, if the twbx was saved while connected to a live data source, you will get the error "Unable to complete action. Workbooks saved to Tableau Public must use extracts". Any twbx downloaded from the Public site will open because they are all using extracts.
