Good Morning,
I am working on completing the Create Energy Audit Records section of the Admin Beginner/Lightning Experience Customization/Set Up Your Org) and I am experiencing trouble with "saving" the Energy Audit Record. I've followed the instructions as indicated within the lesson. However, I continue to receive a notification that states, "We hit a snag. Please review the errors on this page. We couldn't save your work. Please refresh the page and try again."
I have refreshed, reviewed the page, ensured all "required" fields were completed. However I am unable to proceed or created any additional records as indicated.
Please advise.

Thanks Kimberly - and your layout screenshot actually points right at it: 'Created By' and 'Last Modified By' are on the Energy Audit page layout (in the System Information section). That's a known trigger for 'we hit a snag' on CREATE - when those audit fields sit on the layout and your user has the 'Set Audit Fields upon Record Creation' permission, every new-record save fails.
Fix: Setup > Object Manager > Energy Audit > Page Layouts > open the layout, drag 'Created By' and 'Last Modified By' OFF it, Save, then create the record again.
If it still snags, the other usual culprit is a validation rule: Object Manager > Energy Audit > Validation Rules - deactivate any that exist and retry. And the fastest way to see the true blocker is to hit Save and look for the field showing red error text.
