I create a revenue cloud test org from the link below, select the role as developer. Trailhead | Promo Org Signup and then connect this org from link below Create Product Categories and Manage Attributes Effectively but when I finished the challenge, then try to check the result, error occurred as below: "We can’t find the Revenue Cloud org with our sample data. Make sure you select the special Developer Edition org with Revenue Cloud from the Hands-on Challenge picklist."

Hi Yi, it looks like the challenge requires the special Developer Edition org with Revenue Cloud and sample data, rather than a regular Revenue Cloud test org.
Please try creating the org again using the Revenue Cloud promo signup link, making sure to select the Developer role, and then connect that specific org from the Hands-on Challenge picklist.
If you’re already using the correct Revenue Cloud org and the error still persists, please share a screenshot of the org selection and challenge setup. If the issue continues, I’d recommend creating a case with Salesforce Support for further investigation.
