Trailhead challenge showing only Launch with no option to change org

I'm working on https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/deploy-agent-authentication/learn-about-authentication-for-topics-and-actions?trail_id=become-an-agentblazer-legend-2026

.  

 

As shown in the screenshot, I don't recall the login credentials and using the Forgot Username function does not send an email to my account. I want to start over and create a new org, but it is not providing the usual option of changing orgs or creating a new org. I see this org on my Hands-On Orgs list but I cannot deactivate it there.  

 

Does anyone know of a way to reset this challenge so I can create a new org? (Hopefully there is an option better than waiting a month for this org to expire.)

    Hi , 

     

    Try creating a playground in your hands-on orgs. This will allow you to use the grayed-out disconnect button.
