I am using a list of municipalities as user filter only allowing each user to see own municipality, but I would also like them to see the total as All. Therefore I have prepared a parameter for this, but it seems impossible to use the parameter as a user filter. Do anyone have any ideas for solving that problem?

Sorry Jim, this was because of the user filter. I have now removed it from the filter field, and uploaded at new workbook in this answer. The problem is not using the parameter in general - but using the parameter in "Server" -> "Create User Filter".
