I am trying to complete the Innovator trailhead and got stuck on this:
- Customize a Service Agent with Prompts, Flows, and Actions
- Get Agent-Ready
In the first exercise I have complete all the steps and when trying to generate the preview I am getting an error. I have attached the screenshot for reference.
