I left my company a few months ago and for some reason, everytime I spin up a new Playground org, the default email is my former company's email. I would assume that the default email would be the one associated with your profile, but that appears not to be the case.
I can change my email via admin -> users, which is part of the solution. However, I cannot change my password, given that I never sent an original password link b/c it went to my prior work email address. I can always choose to launch the org through Trailhead or my Trailblazer profile, but I cannot do things like connect VS Code or CLI.
Thoughts? Where is this old email coming from????

Plus side, it sounds like it is more a glitch within SF Playground default settings, rather than being a value that I have not changed after leaving the company. The solution seems straightforward (if not slightly scary!), but it does not appear urgent.
