The organization has an EAC that is fully configured. The user is stating that their email has been synced until a certain date, but then it does not sync. But the user has recently accepted the EAC terms.
I have 2 questions related to this
1. In a record, if an email is started by a user and another user replies first, then they agree to the EAC terms later. Will the complete sync take place here?
2. If the email chain breaks and we start the same thread later, will it synchronize?

it does take a good chunk of time to sync first, if after a few days its not syncing up to the set number of historical to sync log a case with support.
