Hi,
I am facing below error while completing the module for Create Validations Rules. I tried remove the field dependencies and retried to complete this in another playground environment. Still error is not getting resolved. Could someone please help me.

This is a common issue that arises for many users. Most likely, in one of the previous modules, you encountered Challenges related to Triggers or Validation Rules. Therefore, one of them conflicts with your current Challenge. To avoid this, you need to go to Setup --> Object Manager --> Account and check for any unnecessary Validation Rules.
You should have something similar; if there are any Validation Rules, you can delete/disable them
Also, open Setup --> Apex Triggers and make sure there are no triggers associated with the Account.

Alternatively, the easiest and quickest way would be to simply create a new Playground and execute this Challenge there.
To do this, you need to click on the photo of your profile on the Trailhead platform, go to the Hads-on Orgs menu, and press "Create playground":
