When I create a new lightning app the item House doesn't appear to me. I upload the house.csv and created the object.

Thanks for provided the org access. I have reviewed the issue in your org and the House object is not created through CSV file given and I can't see the object in the Object Manager.

I have uploaded the CSV given in the challenge requirement and now the House object is created and Houses tab is also showing in the org.

Now you can follow the steps mentioned in the "Create an App" section to create the App as per the requirement.
