Can someone help me with the below question
Is their anyway to mass delete the email templates without using the data loader, using data loader we can delete but wanted to know is their any other way which we can use.

you can try the ant migration tool or VS code, but for that, you need to create a package.xml with the folder/template name. Dataloader might still be the easier way but it will be always better to take a backup of the metadata
