Allowing filters for Text Area Long in List Views

Can anyone suggest what would be required to allow Text Area Long as filters in List View?

Basically client is seeking to see a List View that renders with proper Wrap text  (not just limited to 3 lines) for Text Are Long and use Text Area Long as filters.

I take a bit of development is required. Could anyone list in bullets point the key components/pages to develop for this?

    Hi Leonardo,

    Unfortunately, this is not possible as of now.The reason being this is a limitaiton of Salesforce. You can filter on Long Text Area fields in Reports BUT not when creating views.

    May I suggest you please take a look at the below idea from the success community exactly with a similar issue and can upvote for the same.
