Its a detailed signature with a lot of pictures which cannot be replicated in the Email signature in personal settings.

    We try our hardest to match ours up to our Outlook environment; the best I've found is one of two ways-

    -Use HTML language in the standard email signature field in your personal settings to make certain parts <b>bold</b> or insert images that you've saved as static resources.

    -Create a rich text field variable on User that you can use as a sender merge field in email templates. Just calling out that the images have to be url images, which you'd get after adding as a resource. Little funny there for someone outside of SF viewing, make sure you click the url it gives you to view, and then right click the image in your browser to save that image address. That one will display to an outsider.
