When using the Export feature in Salesforce, the extract isn't including all of our Notes/Attachments. We have also attempted to use the new DataLoader.io, with the same results. After an investigation into what is being exported, it appears that the Attachments/Notes that are missing are primarily from a time period between 2020-2023 (current). This appears to fall into line with the annual changes Salesforces keeps making to this functionality. Does anyone have any prior experience with this issue or know how to guarantee we are exporting all Attachments/Notes for all time? For context, we are exporting as we are leaving Salesforce to move the data to Coupa.
Thank you, I also was thinking this could be the case. I would like to test updating our existing attachments into files in our Sandbox but we are still waiting for a password ticket to be responded to. Maybe I will know in 5 years when Salesforce finally gets around to resetting the password!
