I checked and tried importing many ways but my vs code does not seem to see the import. I even move the filed to have it inside the same folder as the contactList and the challenge still does not detect my IdsUtils.js file

Sorry none of your solution worked for me. I had to write the import as followed:
import {reduceErrors} from './c/ldsUtils'
