I would like to know how to correctly import data from an excel csv file with Data Import Wizard.

How can I import the data so the column is considered? (this is a part of the "Use the Data Import Wizard" in the "Import and Export with Data Management Tools" module.) 

Here is what I have when I import the CSV files, does anyone know how I can make sure Data Import Wizard distinguishes the column correctly?
