My Salesforce Associate Exam was schedule at 4:00 PM IST on 7th May 2023. Due to some technical issues my exam was stopped in between.
I had contacted Kryterion Online Proctoring Support team for help. They told to reschedule the exam. But reschedule exam button was disabled. Then i reached out at https://kryterion.force.com/support/ , But they didn't help, They told to raise a case with salesforce support.
I raised 5 cases but Salesforce Support didn't responded back. It almost 10 days completed but they did not response yet.
Please help me in reschedule my salesforce Associate exam.
