Our Marketing User gets the following Error code when she uses MC (Mailchimp) Setup

"Read" permission to object "Cron Trigger" is not allowed for the current user.

Error is in expression '{initPage} in component <apex:page> in page mc4sf:setup (MC4SF)

 

An unexpected error has occurred.  YUour solution provider has been notified.  (MC4SF)

 

Since it is a third party App, Salesforce is not able to assist.  How do I fix?

    Hello Tom,

    Sorry for my delay in getting back to you, but I am a part-time consultant for client using salesforce.  And an actual day job as a sales rep.  So, I get delayed into resolving some of these issues.  

     

    I still don't understand how the "Cron Trigger" object would be affecting MailChimp and not allowing our Marketing user to interact with MC.  Our user of the MailChimp APP has a marketing user profile.
