Hello all,
I'd like to leverage (1) Einstein Recommendation, which shows AI's recommendation as a component, (2) Einstein prediction, which returns true/false or score on a specific field in an object, and (3) Einstein (Case) Classificaiton App to categorize cases. As far as I understand, there are required permissions to setup, run, manage, and locate the component on a record, if applicable. But I counldn't find answers to other two questions:
1. Do all users who need to see data need to have chargeable licenses? They don't design nor manage rules - they simply need to see the reuslt data only.
2. Are those result can be sent to another systems such as Marketing Cloud or 3rd party storages?

With Einstein Prediction Builder you get 1 free prediction for certain types of org and so this feature. The paid version of this is based on per user per month.
Fields that store Einstein Predictions are a special type of field but I don't foresee any limit with a 3rd party consuming this information.
To use Einstein Case Classification you need to have a licence to use this feature and select a value. However I believe once the value is set then any case user or external system would be able to view that data.
