does anyone know if this assumption is possible? Can I seen in Engage tab:
Publication of a comment, by a a user (of the same or another user) , to a public post with mention in the comment to the official Instagram profile Client Page.

you could connect it with Zapier or a related tool but I am not familier with a direct connection with salesforce
