I can't see my certifications in my profile even after i did the maintenance requirements and i cannot merge my trailhead account with my web assessor. it says account in use. please any help will be appreciated. thanks

@Mahaboob Khan Pathan is correct. you will need to log a case with the certification team on trailhead. the maintenance can take a few hours to even a day to show as completed but if your full certs aren't chowing that's a different problem and a case needs to be logged.
