Looks like the spring 22 maintenance exam stuff got activated overnight. All of my certs all show the same trail for every cert. There should be a different one per cert. I have logged a case with trailhead support. I am just putting this out here incase anyone else has the same issue.

Just to jump in here you can also check your certification status at any time which also clarify what is covered by what mainteance exam.
As a general rule all the consultant, admin and advanced admin are all coverd by the 'admin' ones and the architect and designer ones have their own modules as do specialist ones such as Pardot, CPQ etc.
