Sharing Rules isn't letting me save

Question

So I'm currently doing a challenge where I have to save a Sharing Rule on and Object I deemed "Project". The problem is something in the code is having a really bad error and I don't know what to do. I have refreshed the page several times and even restarted my computer. What can I do?

Hi Keiji, thanks for the help! There's one more problem though,  the sharing rule doesn't seem to be working and everything is in the right spot you could say, however it says there is no sharing rule. I even recalculated and switched to classic to see if anything changed and nothing happened.
