We are currently using Click & Pledge for online fundraising and event management, but the end-user interface is not ideal...especially the event registration module. Our registrants are having a hard time navigating the un-mobile friendly form and end up not registering. Additionally, I wish the peer-to-peer fundraising module was more visually appealing.
Classy's interface is much more intuitive and definitely has a solid foundation, but good Lord is it expensive! It would cost us nearly double what we're paying now in fees.
Just curious if anyone else has experience switching platforms and if it's worth the jump.
