Permissions for Managing Soft Credits

I created new profiles for our users, and our Fund Development user is getting an insufficient privileges error when she tries to Manage Soft Credits on an Opportunity. I set up the field accessibility according to what's listed in this article: https://powerofus.force.com/articles/Resource/NPSP-Soft-Credit-and-Matching-Gift-Setup#!#topic-7305

. She has CRED access to Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Account Soft Credits, Partial Soft Credits, Relationships, Affiliations, and Payments.

She is, however, able to create a new Account Soft Credit from an Account layout and Manage Contact Roles on the Opportunity.

Is she getting the error when she clicks the Manage Soft Credit button, or upon Save?
Does she have access to the Visualforce page for the button? It's called PSC_ManageSoftCredits.
