To create a cross object formula I need review object which is not in the list.

Hi ,
Hope you are following all the instruction as mentioned in trailhead module,
May be chance you miss creating a Review custom Object. So crate a custom object with label Review. For that Navigate to Setup -> Object Manager -> Click on a Create object with Review as a label ->then try creating a cross object formula.
