How to upgrade this Conga Composer to the Lightning

Hello,

I can see this message from right top.

From App Manager, Conga Composer Classic is Managed status and I can see Conga Composer Lightning as well.

I don't understand what this 'Managed ' status means. Cannot see upgrade or update button.

I am new to using this App manager.

Can I have some experts advice and guide?
