Could not find a Chat Snap-In with the Developer Name 'Chat_Agents'.

I was completing one of the challenge, I followed all the steps mentioned in the challenge, but I am getting error as "Could not find a Chat Snap-In with the Developer Name 'Chat_Agents'.".

I went through all the question related to the above question, but the i cannot find Sanp-in option. Can i get a step by step guidance over, how can we get Snap-in option.
