I am integrating my salesforce account object to Informatica Cloud Application Integration URL using Workflow Rule with Outbound Message. I have created the outbound message and provided the url but it is always giving status as 400. I am not able to find what is the real problem and why it is giving status 400. If I am missing some kind of setting for Outbound message in Salesforce please let know. I am nearing to the timeline and need to finish it up soon.

Is the informatica enpoint that you have is a soap web service endpoint? Could you check if the endpoint you have is having all the correct parameters? In general 400 appears when the request parametrs are not correct. Hope this helps.
