RSS feed email for a specific date range?

I can't seem to find anything within documentation for this, but we'd like to have an RSS-based email that goes out weekly that pulls all of the articles within the last week. Some times there may be 3 or 4 articles, sometimes there may be 10, so we wouldn't just be able to set it up as a certain number within the AMPscript. 

 

Has anyone had any luck with this kind of setup?
