I've eventually managed to get Salesforce to integrate with Outlook, but the workflow just feels really clunky.I was wondering, how do people REALLY use Salesforce and Outlook.
Do you ever use Salesforce to send emails?
Do you just use Outlook and forget about Salesforce?
Do you use Outlook and try to synchronise with Salesforce?
Do you use a different email client?
