We are setting up in the sandbox enviornment
I am getting a error message when i try to login to the offline client
The error meesage is .
An unhandled error has occurred.
INVALID_LOGIN: invalid username, password, security token; or user blocked out
I have reset the security token and password and done the registry entrys
i am at a loss now.. not sure what to do next any help would be great

Can you check if you're connecting to https://test.salesforce.com? and your username has the suffix of the name of the sandbox?
