Salesforce for Outlook ADD EMAIL

I have downloaded the Salesforce for Outloook, but somehow it does not work on my outlook 2010. I have tried everything I could.

 

I can see the Salerfoce bar on the right side of my outlook  but the ADD MAIL buttom does not appear at all.

 

Anyone could help me?

    Are you system adminstrator for your organization? if so,Go to--Setup---Desktop Administration--Outlook configuration--Edit the configuration assigned to you---check the checkbox(Add Email). Or if you are not the admin ask you administrator to do so.
