We have currently almost 11000 records in our CRM. We have fields setup clean vs not clean (Check boxes) in accounts, contacts and leads. Is there a way to restrict users so when they are using global search or even under account or other object tabs, they only get to see clean record types under the objects rather than the whole database.

    Hello, Yameen, I believe so, because admins by default have the View All Data permission. There are other ways you can enable certian users to see all data, such as by placing them at the top of the role hierarchy[1] or creating a broad sharing rule[2] just for those users.
