I am setting up salesforce for outlook, One way from Salesforce to Outlook.
We have an open visibility model.
For which contacts to sync I have selected:
- User's Records
- Ticked: Sync contacts users follow in Chatter
- No filters
However contacts i'm following in chatter (that I do not own) are NOT being synced to my outlook.
Can anyone help?
