I’m talking about working with records in Salesforce objects (e.g., Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, custom objects...) using sObjects. They're a great way for admins to start to understand Apex code, because they reference things that we use every day: object definitions, field definitions, API names. Just like we use in formulas. Apex knows about this metadata (these object/field definitions) so you don't have to do much in the code to work with them (one of the joys of the working in Salesforce!).
I can’t wait to show them off to you (and you off to them!). I think you’re really going to like each other. And after that...who knows what might develop?
