#Default Folder0 personne en discute

#Wisdomwednesday Have you ever wondered how to default a specific folder in Salesforce Maps? That way, you don't have to worry about hunting through all of your folders to find layers that are relevant to you. Follow the steps below to create a defaulted folder in Salesforce Maps with a couple of clicks.

You can set up a Default Folder to load every time you open Salesforce Maps.

  1. On the Layers tab to the left of your screen, select the Saved tab and find your favorite folder
  2. Hover over the three vertical dots in line with the folder name and click Set as Default Folder

Is there a way to change the default folder when selecting Reports or Dashboards? It currently lands on "Recent" and I would prefer it land on "All Folders".

@Melissa Bosi I agree with you and I believe that this is not currently something that can be changed. I think this would be a new feature request - basically to get the Reports tab to offer the option to 'pin' a different view / folder just the way other tabs allow you to now pin a different view. I just did some searching to double check - the best answer I found was to create a custom button on the left-hand nav that links to the folder you prefer (still involves an extra step but better than nothing). Also setting up dashboards that have the reports users need can often help. Here's the exchange that talks about setting up the button: https://trailblazers.salesforce.com/answers?id=90630000000hkJ7AAI and I found this idea that we can vote on to improve the Lightning interface regarding this issue: https://trailblazer.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A00000159eyQAA
