Introducing Ask an Expert: Live Q&A with Salesforce.org Customer Success

 

Next week, we’re introducing a new way for you to get answers fast: the Ask an Expert program. Ask an Expert is your chance to connect directly with the Customer Success team at Salesforce.org for quick how-to or adoption questions.

 

Here’s how it works:

  1. Join a call: Use the registration links below to sign up for an Ask an Expert call.
  2. Post your question: Before or during the call, post your question in Chatter in the Power of Us Hub using the topics, #AskAnEduExpert or #AskAnMCExpert (depending on which session you're attending)
  3. Get answers fast: Our Salesforce Experts will answer your question live (spoken)!
