Can Storage Helper be used to delete Notes associated with specified opportunities (based on Opportunity combination of record type, closed date and stage)? Thank you.
There is no capability to Mass Delete Notes records from a List View or a Report.
You'd probably need to run an SOQL Query using Workbench, or Dataloader, or something like that. Then (maybe) you could use a Workbench, or Dataloader to delete them using a CSV file with the Note Salesforce ID

If you are seeing your Storage Helper Jobs take too long to run, we would recommend trying to lower the Maximum Number of Records to delete global setting found by clicking the gear icon on the Storage Helper Jobs page, and lower the Batch Size setting found on the individual setting.

I am testing StorageHelper in a Sandbox. When I try to restore a record I am getting an "Insert failed" error on different fields, and can't restore any of the archived items. The error said "Your solution provider has been notified. (SH2)" Can you please help with this? I am in need of a solution like StorageHelper, but can't risk this type of issue.
One thing I noticed in the previous posts is a reference to version 3.14, but the AppExchange shows version 3.11, which is what is installed in my Sandbox.

Not every release is published on the AppExchange, so there will sometimes be a newer released version compared to the version available there.

I'm trying to delete ContentDocument files but I haven't figured out how to do this properly. I'm using filters like CreatedBy and Owner but the files aren't showing up (but they are in the Salesforce Data Export).

There is not a defined limitation to the number of records, as it can vary with the size of the records.
We have made recent improvements to this view so please ensure that you are on the latest version of the tool.
If you continue to experience issues, in order for us to implement a better solution we would need to be able to investigate the issue further through a case with support.

As a first step we would recommend that you give your user the Storage Helper Permission set in order to try and resolve this.

Hi, today I checked-out the free version in our partial Sandbox creating a recycle job on the Task object with Filter set to "Subject LIKE %Call" and picked-up 73 records in Preview however when clicking Run on the Active job the "Check Run Status" link is stuck at 0% Complete. I've deleted and re-created the job in Sandbox but can't get past 0% Complete.What am I missing?
