The Serviceblazer Community Group will continue to serve its original purpose, but the new Serviceblazer Community on Slack is designed specifically to enhance your professional experience. We’re honing in on more targeted resources, real-time interaction, and role-based networking via threads and direct messages (DMs). 

Can I continue to use the Serviceblazer Community Group?

Absolutely! Serviceblazers who enjoy connecting here in the Trailblazer Community will still be able to do so. We will actively moderate this space, helping you engage with service professionals across the Salesforce ecosystem.

I’m not currently a Slack user. Can I still join the Serviceblazer Community on Slack?

It is very hard to find hands-on content on this topic.    I set up my first Agentforce agent, and I feel like you can learn a lot by watching how I set it up. I showed you what to do, and what not to do. Tips and common pitfalls.    I am not done producing videos on this topic, by any means.
