Exploring the Future of AI with Salesforce Headless 360!
As part of my learning journey with MindMatrix, I had the opportunity to attend a Headless 360 Workshop and explore how Salesforce is bringing together AI, conversations, data, and business processes
in a more connected way.
One of the most interesting parts of the session was understanding how we can use conversations to build and activate AI agents
with Headless 360, allowing users and applications to interact with Salesforce capabilities beyond the traditional UI.
