My name is Rachel Nuckols, and I'm excited to join the Trailblazer Community!
I earned my Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) credential in June 2022, and I've put it to work managing a live, 200-user Salesforce Lightning environment — handling end-to-end CRM data lifecycles, compliance documentation, and process optimization.
I'm currently looking for solid leads on a Junior Salesforce Administrator role where I can bring that hands-on experience to a new team and continue growing within the ecosystem. I'm also expanding into SQL, CQL, and Power BI
to add stronger data analysis capabilities alongside my admin experience.
