After selecting Log In Issues article. I did not find where to Select Insert URL into Email from the dropdown. I did everything but failed to get that option from the dropdown , so give support if know.
I am using Developer light edition version because I am preparing Sales OPs in coursera.

shared was helpful and it works you need to enable e-mail to case and add communication mapping
