When i am going to Edge Communications under accounts, what do i do about the fact i cannot find my contact Sean Forbe

Hi , 

I have found out the problem where we need to update.

In the Field & Relationship tab of the Case Object, click edit the Contact Name Field. Then, under Filter Creteria, select the options as in the attached image that and click save. 

Then you can create a record by clicking Sean Forbes name under Contact Object and clicking new in Case in Related tab. Thus, it will appear as saved in the Case object as well.
